How to make a bacon and cheese quiche (feeds 8 people) Ingredients - dough I use a lovely shortcrust pastry dough recipe. You can learn how to make it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WLXUBCWDF0 Ingredients – filling (use half for a smaller quiche) 12 eggs Salt and pepper to taste 3 cups (250 ml per cup) grated cheddar cheese 1 packet bacon, cut into pieces and friend in a little oil Method Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll out your short crust pasty on a lightly floured surface. Fit to a lightly oiled baking tin as per the first picture on the left-hand side above. Break 12 eggs into a bowl, add 1 cup of milk and salt and pepper to taste. Beat with a whisk. Place the layer the cheese on top of the dough layer and then add the bacon. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the other layers and put in the oven. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the egg is set and the pastry is golden brown. Join Sir Chocolate and Lady Sweet on a fun adventure to discover why the milkshake rain is pale and white. Contains five recipes that children can make under adult supervision Hello, my name is Robbie, short for Roberta. I am an author with seven published children's picture books in the Sir Chocolate books series for children aged 2 to 9 years old (co-authored with my son, Michael Cheadle), one published middle grade book in the Silly Willy series and one published preteen/young adult fictionalised biography about my mother's life as a young girl growing up in an English town in Suffolk during World War II called While the Bombs Fell (co-authored with my mother, Elsie Hancy Eaton). All of my children's book are written under Robbie Cheadle and are published by TSL Publications. I also have a book of poetry called Open a new door, with fellow South African poet, Kim Blades. I have recently branched into adult and young adult horror and supernatural writing and, in order to clearly differential my children's books from my adult writing, I plan to publish these books under Roberta Eaton Cheadle. My first supernatural book published in that name, Through the Nethergate, is now available. I have participated in a number of anthologies:

Hi Jan, a lot of people make this recipe without the pastry. I must be honest that I love the pastry and, luckily, don't gain weight from eating it.

Hi Joy, it is a story and a first recipe book which includes some fun recipes for children's parties or other arrangements. We included the recipes because it seemed to fit so well with the theme of the stories.
